You can use POCKETSTARS for free and follow the content creator direct by using the content creator’s link. To subscribe to a particular content creator, you will need to click “SIGN UP” and input your details correctly for age verification, before accessing the site.

If you have not yet created an account with us, you will need to do so before subscribing to your favorite content creator. 

There are a number of reasons why a payment card may be declined on our system. For free-to-follow subscriptions, our system checks whether you are not a minor or you’re a qualified individual to pay subscriptions on your way inside. For declined card registrations, our system checks whether your card has a maintaining balance of at least $40 wherein we are trying to avoid any fraud and content duplicating - you can contact your bank and request a confirmation to proceed on any free transaction you permitted. We can assist you in finding out why and hopefully resolve the issue. 

If you are not happy with your subscription, we will accept a return within 30 days. Once we receive the return, we will provide a full refund.

If you cancel midway through the month, you will still have access until the end of the period that you have paid for. 

We will deactivate or permanently close your account immediately. Also, we will calculate the remaining time of your subscription. After that date, we will permanently remove your account and any of your information on our site.

You can either temporarily deactivate or permanently close your account. To temporarily deactivate, meaning that you can log in at any time and automatically reinstate your account, please use the following steps:

> settings 

> close account 

> deactivate the account.

To remove your account completely, you will no longer be able to log in. Please use the following steps:

> delete account.
